Bring your laptop, charger, and access to the tools/accounts you already use in your business. It also helps to bring examples of the tasks you want to improve, such as emails, admin processes, content workflows, client communication, or internal documents.

There are no required hidden costs to participate. We find most students are find with the lowest-paid version of ChatGPT or Claude. However, some AI tools or subscriptions may be recommended depending on what you want to build, but we’ll keep the setup practical and explain any paid options before you use them.

We keep the workshop capped at 20 people intentionally, so people can get proper help while they build. This is not designed to be a huge seminar where you disappear into the room. The point is hands-on implementation.

You get three months of ongoing support after the workshop. That includes help troubleshooting what you built, guidance as you apply it in your business, updates on useful tools, and support improving your templates and workflows over time.
